Tom Peters published on his blog a well edited compilation of his work. His material came as a revelation when I started my first business 10 years ago. He is very forceful, a bit harsh, borderline arrogant and patronizing but keeps being a great source for inspiration. He is the stepping stone into a more enlightened corporate culture. He aims more at big business then small, but you find many great lessons for any stage of entrepreneuship.
